Documented clinical work — revision cases

Revision case studies

Each case below is presented as a complete clinical narrative — pre-operative findings, diagnostic reasoning, surgical plan, intra-operative decisions, and post-operative photographs at the stage they were taken. Patient identity is anonymised. New cases added as they reach photographable stages.

Pre-op and Day 4 post-op result, hybrid implant exchange with cleavage fat grafting
Case 02 · International patient

Implant exchange with cleavage fat grafting

An international patient who liked the result of her original submuscular augmentation but wanted a modest size increase and a softer medial cleavage transition. Same-plane implant exchange (275 cc → 400 cc) with full capsulectomy and ~100 cc of autologous fat grafting to the cleavage zone. Photographs at Day 4 post-op.

Procedure: Hybrid revision — implant exchange + cleavage fat grafting Stage shown: Day 4 post-operative

Pre-op and Day 5 post-op result, fat grafting after failed breast surgery
Case 01 · International patient

High-volume fat grafting after failed breast surgery

An international patient presented after a previous breast operation complicated by infection, leaving asymmetric volume loss and contour deformity. With implants neither wanted nor recommended, the correction was performed using 400 cc of autologous fat injection in a single session. Photographs at Day 5 post-op.

Procedure: Autologous fat transfer, 400 cc total Stage shown: Day 5 post-operative

More cases in preparation

Additional revision cases are documented as they reach photographable post-operative stages. We do not photograph every patient — only those who consent to publication, and only when the case illustrates a generalisable clinical lesson.

Looking for primary cases of anatomical complexity?

Some primary cases — significant developmental asymmetry, anatomical anomaly, hybrid reduction-augmentation-mastopexy — require the same kind of bespoke planning that revision demands. We document these separately. See the complex cases index →
