Complex cases

This site is primarily a revision-breast-surgery practice. Some patients present with primary cases that require the same kind of bespoke planning revision demands — significant developmental asymmetry, anatomical anomaly, or hybrid approaches that combine reduction, lift, and augmentation in a single operation. We document these here, separate from the revision case studies, because the technical reasoning generalises but the clinical category is different.

Case 03 · Primary developmental asymmetry

Asymmetric augmentation-mastopexy — different operations, matching result

An international patient with significant native breast asymmetry — the right breast was 50–60% larger than the left and ptotic, while the left was smaller and well-positioned. A bilateral 375 cc high-projection implant was used on both sides, but the right received a superior-pedicle inverted-T reduction-augmentation mastopexy (reduction + lift + implant) while the left received augmentation alone. Photographs at Day 5 post-op.

Procedure: Bilateral implants 375 cc + unilateral reduction-mastopexy Stage shown: Day 5 post-operative

More complex cases as they reach photographable stages

Additional complex primary cases are documented as they reach photographable post-operative stages, with the same standards as the revision case studies — patient consent, clinical context, honest staging, generalisable lessons.
