How the process works

1. First message. You contact the clinic on WhatsApp, by email at info@ayhanisikerdal.com or through the photo assessment form. If you wish, include photographs of your current state and a brief history. There is no payment at this stage, and all information and photos are kept confidential.
2. Assessment. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayhan Işık Erdal personally reviews your case. The most useful documents are the operative report from your primary surgery, your implant card, photos from before and after that surgery, and a short written summary of what concerns you most; partial information is still useful. The before-revision guide lists what to gather.
3. Consultation. Some revisions are technically achievable and some are not — the first job of the consultation is to tell you which is which, not to sell you a procedure. Suitability is always confirmed by personal consultation and examination, and deciding not to have surgery is a legitimate outcome of a consultation.
4. Surgery and early recovery in Istanbul. Surgery takes place at a JCI-accredited hospital with board-certified anaesthesia. While you are in Istanbul, Dr. Erdal sees you in person at 24 hours, at 72 hours and on day 5–7, before you travel. The recovery guide sets out each stage by procedure.
5. Follow-up. After you return home, follow-up continues by video call at week 2, week 6 and months 3, 6 and 12. All surgery carries risks, which are discussed individually before any decision; the safety & credentials page explains how complications are managed.

Qualifications and the Ministry of Health health-tourism authorisation (USHAŞ) No. 2026034015610080000444996 can be checked independently: the surgeon page lists where each credential is verifiable, and the safety & credentials page shows the authorisation certificate.
